Problem with viewing the catalog...nothing happens (PC and MAC)

What is actually happen is that the entire catalog file is being downloaded to your computer. The most common problem that customers have viewing our online catalog is that the do not have the program acrobat configured properly! The extention, or plug-in for acrobat must be in your browsers plug in folder (netscape or explorer) in order for your browser to read the page you want "only" and not to download the whole pdf file!! (your machine must be restarted after the new configuration) If you try to look at our online catalog and nothing happens that you can see, or you think you machine has locked up, it is because you machine is trying to download the whole large file. Most of us are not the greatest at setting up computers. You may think that your machine is set up correctly because acrobat was installed with your system software, but this is not true. The easiest way to solve the problem is to put your version of acrobat reader in the trash. Then download the acrobat free download from our site while in the browser you wish to use and it will put the plug-ins in the correct place in the browsers plug-ins folder. You will have to restart your machine, and then go to our online catalog and enjoy!! Thousand of people have figured out how to do this.

Now that you have acrobat loaded properly and have our catalog up, the next question you will ask is where is the index. We have prepared the next three pictures to explain this to you.

The first picture show what the acrobat window looks like.....

The second picture tells you wher to click to get the intex entries to appear.

Problem with windows NT (a customer has sent us this)

Peter, As promised, I am operating an IBM Thinkpad with Windows NT 4.0. It has Acrobat Reader 5.0 installed. To utilize your CD Rom catalogue, you need to do the following: 1. Click on START. 2. Scroll down to RUN. 3. When you click on RUN, a window opens up. Beside the window is a down facing arrow. 4. Click on the arrow and scroll down to D:\catalogue.PDF 5. Click on OK to open. Stan---Thanks Stan, Peter
