Problem with viewing the catalog...nothing happens (PC and MAC)
What is actually happening is that the entire catalog file is being downloaded to your computer. The most common problem that customers have viewing our online catalog is that the do not have the program acrobat configured properly! The extention, or plug-in for acrobat must be in your browsers plug in folder (netscape or explorer) in order for your browser to read the page you want "only" and not to download the whole pdf file!! (your machine must be restarted after the new configuration) If you try to look at our online catalog and nothing happens that you can see, or you think you machine has locked up, it is because you machine is downloading the file. On high speed this will take about 4 minutes....wait it will come!
