Grampian Goose neck and Track
Now available, original goose neck and track made by Barton.
Also used on many other boats built in the 70's like tanzers.

Original Grampian rudder cap and strap. As used on the Grampian 26, 30, and some 28's

Some of the originals were chromed, some were polished bronze. We are suppling machined in natural bronze. They can be supplied in polished bronze, but are much more expesive.
Note that we have made the "hinge" points of the cap much stronger that the original. This was the main failure of the part. Machined for 1" shaft. The Grampian had a 1-1/4" rudder post with the top machined to 1". This part was also used on other boats in this time period that used castings made by Clark Brass.

Grampians had teak toe rails originally,,,in later years (about 1973) Grampians began to come off of the line with aluminum toerails. We at Holland Marine® have now come up with aluminum stantion bases that fit the Grampian toerail. By removing the stantion bases from the deck and putting them on the toerail, you will have greatly increased the walking area on the deck. We have seen this done and it makes a bit difference.

There is much that we can tell you about Grampian, ours was purchased in 1969 and sold in 1994. The founder of HMP® was the head of the Grampian association for many years. (I grew out of the boat when we had the 4th kid!) We will post more info here as time passes...Peter, HMP®.
