This is a 22 ft Sailboat we owned for about 20 years. It will be hard to part with it, but it is time for a new home. It has been maintained well and set up for easy launching, rigging, sailing, and hauling out. This boat was last moored in the summer of 2021 at the Lake Prominade Marina, and is ready to sail again! Fully equipped with working sails, Jib Roller furling, Spinnaker, 9.9 Johnson long shaft outboard, Speed and depth sounder, VHF radio. all Safety equipment, New (2021) battery, Galley, 12V/110V cooler, Head (toilet), Galley, BBQ,  Some tools and many other extras. It also comes with a trailer. Trails very easily behind my Honda Van! Great little boat for a weekend get-away! Sails great in light winds and holds her own in heavier winds. Very easy to sail as I have sailed it many times single-handed. She is fast and fun!
